I have finally finished my latest piece.  This one took some time, and was little difficult to finish, but I’m happy with the results.  You can view the completed image in my gallery. I have documented the entire process, and will be writing a tutorial soon!

Impressions of the Sea

I am finally back from a much needed vacation!  I’ve been in Destin, Florida for the past 10 days enjoying beach time, snorkeling, and lots of amazing scenery.   Here are  some paintings and a sketch I was able to complete during my stay.  Now that I’m home, I feel refreshed, inspired, and ready to paint!  Look for some new art (and a new contest) soon!

On the last few days of my trip, the beach was enveloped in a fog so thick, that the ocean was completely hidden.
